Janice Taylor, President, Jet Reports Canada
Janice Taylor opened Jet Reports Canada in January 2007. A Jet Reports Certified Trainer and Certified General Accountant (CGA), her experiences as a VP Finance, CFO, COO, Controller and Financial Analyst have given her a strong understanding of the reporting challenges for the end-user. Plus, Janice has a zest for Jet Reports.

Janice volunteers for the CGA Ontario Association. She is a high school ambassador, visiting local high schools to encourage students to consider the CGA as a profession. She is also on the guest speaker roster for community events and — when her busy schedule permits — Janice volunteers for the Toronto Business Development Centre, where new entrepreneurs learn how to run a business.
Janice holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is located in Toronto and is often found working a few days a week from the cottage where she enjoys weekends with family and friends.

Yvonne Hong, Director, Training and Consulting Services, Jet Reports Certified Trainer
Yvonne Hong began writing Jet Reports as an end-user in 2001. Yvonne's strong background as a business analyst led her into the business intelligence arena working for one of Canada's largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers, where she provided customers with training and services on a variety of Business Intelligence tools. Jet Reports is her favourite reporting tool.

With no programming knowledge required, it lets you get down to the transactional level of reporting that you cannot get with other BI tools. Yvonne's education is in information technology. She graduated from BCIT with a focus in Management Systems. Yvonne is based in Vancouver and is frequently accused of bringing the rain with her when she visits Toronto. Currently, she's enjoying being a first time Aunt and spoiling Thomas.
